Yoga not just reflects the goodness of an ancient Indian traditions but embodies mind, body and soul. As a holistic approach to health and wellness, LVIS,NE celebrated the International Yoga Day through an interactive virtual yoga session. The session headed by Ms. Jyoti encouraged students of grades III to IX, their parents and teachers to practice Yoga and displayed asanas like suryanamaskara, dhanurasana, ardha ushtrasana and pranayama as a step towards healthier and happier self.
